TYPES AND LEGAL NATURE OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT MONITORING SYSTEM
This article analyzes the legal nature and protection regimes for information contained in the federal state information system for monitoring of the medicinal product movement (MDLP), as a typical example of a state information system accumulating data from businesses and municipalities. The types of restricted information provided for by Russian legislation have been systematized. It also shows which data categories are generated and used in the MDLP. The author examines the MDLP as a digital circuit that encompasses various legal regimes for protecting information, describing the key categories of data generated within the system and the grounds for classifying them as different types of restricted information.
