ON THE ISSUE OF THE PROSPECTS FOR FORENSIC EXAMINATION OF SCENT TRACES PERSON IN LEGAL PROCEEDING
The article discusses the problems of forensic examination of human scent traces. An analysis is made and the possibilities of this type of forensic research in the fight against crime are shown. Based on examples from his author’s practice, much attention is paid to measures to increase confidence in the results of forensic examinations of scent traces. Recommendations and proposals have been developed to increase the level of use of this type of forensic examination as evidence in the investigation of crimes.
